預計多久能收到商品?

未收到包裹時如何解決?

  • 包裹寄出後,未於預定送達天數內收到,還請盡快與客服聯繫

包裹未領取退回,後續會如何處理?

  • 請務必填寫正確收件人資訊,若因為收件信息不正確無法配送且無人簽收,導致包裹退回我們將直接取消整筆訂單。
  • 若當地的快遞公司多次投遞未成功且客服通知收件人也未取得聯繫,部份快遞公司將不再退回包裹,而我們也將不會再進行任何款項退款,還請留意。
  • 運費如何計算?

    • 國內提供免運服務。
    • 國際運費因各運送公司不定期調整運費之計算方式,故實際將以結帳時所顯示之運費為主。
    • 各國進口關稅標準不同,若領取包裹時,貴國欲收取商品之關稅或偏遠地區另收之費用,需由買家自行支付。

How to create an account?

  • Click the log-in icon on the top right side of the landing page. Create an email account or sign up with the social login.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

  • If you visit the log-in page and select “Forgot your password?” then you can enter the account ID and verification code. We will send you instructions on how to get this reset.

How to confirm the order?

  • Once you complete the order, we will send you an email. Or you can log-in to your account to check on the order page.

How do I make changes to my order?

  • Once you’ve placed your order we cannot make any changes to it.

How can I pay?

  • Online credit card.
  • We process online credit card payments through the third-party payment system. Currently, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and JCB cards issued by any banks and the Union Card. Local credit cards will be accepted based on the policy of local stores.

How long will the delivery take?

  • Parcels are shipped at the same time and will be delivered in about 2-5 days. The tracking number of each parcel will be emailed to you after sending. 7-11 In-store pickup(Track), FamilyMart In-store pickup(Track), T-cat( Track), SF Express( Track), DHL(Track)

What should I do if I don’t receive my parcel?

  • After the parcel is sent, it will not be received within the scheduled delivery days. Please contact customer service as soon as possible.

What should I do for uncollected or returned parcel?

  • Please fill in the correct address and recipient information. We will cancel the entire order if the parcel is returned for non-delivery and no recipient due to incorrect address or recipient information.

  • If a local courier service cannot deliver the parcel after several times of delivery and customer service cannot reach the recipient in further notification, please note that some courier service will not return the parcel, and we will not refund the payment.

How is the shipping free calculated?

  • Free shipping in Taiwan Island.

  • As courier services adjust the shipping rate from time to time, the actual shipping fee will be subject to the fee displayed in each order during checking out.

  • Due to tariff rate difference of different countries, when collecting the parcel, the buyer will need to pay for the tariff charged by his/her country or the additional charge for remote areas.

/ Issuing an invoice /

  • We will issue an electronic invoice and notify you by email after shipping the product. You can also log-in to your account to check the invoice status from the order page.

/ Issuing a uniform invoice /

  • According to the Value-added and Non-value-added Business Tax Act of the Republic of China, we will not issue any uniform invoice. (Value-added and Non-value-added Business Tax Act: No uniform invoice will be needed for goods or services directly exported to overseas buyers). We will provide a packing list in each parcel for examination.

/ HOW TO BUY NFT? /

  • Buy cryptocurrency via crypto exchange platforms e.g. Coinbase, Gemini, etc.

  • Install MetaMask(https://metamask.io/download/) for your browser and follow the steps to create an account.

  • Enter OpenSea(OpenSea, the largest NFT marketplace/) and click the wallet icon on the top right side of the landing page. Click MetaMask and complete connecting.

  • You are able to buy NFT on OpenSea.
